ABOUT MATTHIAS

As an adept communicator and detail-oriented analyst, Matthias assists both buyers and sellers of residential, estate, and farm properties. He is a passionate representative committed to understanding his clients’ needs and ensuring optimal outcomes.
He brings with him years of experience in sales. Prior to being a Realtor in Charlottesville, he sold real estate in Central America, managed a historic Virginia manor and worked for several years in sales for a local CE firm. Originally from Germany, Matthias speaks fluent English, German, Spanish and Portuguese. He visited Virginia for the first time in 2014, and soon decided to make it his permanent home. As a Realtor, Matthias is excited to assist buyers in discovering their own home in Virginia.
Matthias holds an M.A. in Public Policy and Governance and an M.A. in Political Science and Linguistics. He and his wife now live just outside of Charlottesville, in Albemarle County, and are happy to call Virginia home.
